While current MacBook Pro models utilize mini-LED backlighting, this new iteration is expected to transition to OLED panels. This shift would provide users with deeper blacks, higher contrast ratios, and more vibrant color accuracy compared to existing LCD-based displays.
Advanced Display and Interaction Features
The rumored MacBook Ultra is not just expected to upgrade its panel technology but also its interactivity. Reports suggest the inclusion of touch-screen functionality, which would allow macOS Golden Gate to support direct finger input alongside traditional trackpads and keyboards.
